Custom Work & Fit
Q: Can my mask be custom painted?
A: YES. Custom paint is free of charge. Additional fees may apply to a more complex paint job, or things such as tattoos.
Q: I want a completely custom sculpted mask. Is this something you can do?
A: YES. We love to bring your ideas and characters to life! Prices may vary, please call or email us for a free quote. Please visit our "Custom Work" page for more information.
Q: Will your mask fit me?
A: Our mask size is "One size fits all". The size around the brow is roughly 22 inches, this will have a perfect fit for anyone with a head size of 21''-23''. This is an average size for most people. There have been customers with large heads and tiny heads that have fit into our masks with no problem.

Lifetime Warranty & Durability
Q: I heard you guys offer a free LIFETIME WARRANTY with all your masks, is this true?
A: YES! We are the only silicone mask company in the industry to offer a lifetime warranty for rips and tears with all of our masks!
Q: I caught my mask on a nail and it ripped! What can I do?
A: You have two options. You can repair it yourself using ONLY "GE SILICONE 1". This is available at any Walmart and most hardware stores. A bottle will run you about $3. Option two is to contact us and set up a free repair service. Just send your mask in and we will repair it free of charge!
Q: How long will my silicone mask last?
A: The shelf life is 25 years. However, since your mask will most likely be used time
and time again, it could vary. If you treat your mask with care, it will give you a
long and enjoyable life for decades!
Q: Do you put "total power mesh " in your entire masks?
A: No! Over time the mask will begin to de-laminate and essentially fall apart. This is caused by the silicone stretching further than the mesh placed in the entire mask. Its not if it will de-laminate, it's WHEN. After this occurs, your mask is practically useless and you are high and dry without any kind of warranty. Over the past 9 years we have done extensive R&D for in search of the highest durability and by far, total power mesh causes more problems than it solves. We place our mesh in key places instead of the entire mask to prevent it from ripping. Our masks have mesh placed in the mouth, nose, eyes, ears.
Shipping & Production time
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship world wide! Average transit time is 7-15 days.
Q: What are your shipping prices?
A: Domestic shipping within the US is a flat rate of $35. International (world wide) shipping is a flat rate of $99.
Q: I need this item tomorrow, can you fly on over and hand deliver it?
A: Well since the private jet is in the garage, the US postal service will have to take care of it. We offer overnight shipping at an additional cost. We can work with you to meet most deadlines.
Q: How accurate is your wait period?
A: On average our production time is 7-10 weeks depending on the time of year. We try to be as accurate as possible but wait times can extend to 12 weeks depending on the time of year, work load and current projects.
Return Policy
Q: Can I return my mask and get a refund?
A: No, All sales are final, we do not accept any exchanges or returns for any reason what so ever. There is additional info in our terms or service agreement. If there is a problem with your order when received, please contact us immediately to have an immediate resolution.
Wholesale/Large orders
Q: Do you sell to wholesalers?
A: Yes! However there are guidlines we have that you would need to follow in order to re-sell our masks.
Q: I want to buy a BUNCH of masks, do I get a discount?
A: Sure do. Multi-mask discounts start at a minimum of 5 masks.
